Description: Explore Gimli's beautiful nature corridor on a scenic abandoned rail line.

Length: 36.2 km 

Type: Linear

Winter Use: snowmobiling, walking, snowshoeing, off-trail skiing

Trail Heads: Distillery Rd or Boundary Rd (123 N Rd) @ PR 222

Access: Every mile road off of PR 222 from Distillery Rd to Boundary Rd (123 N Rd)

Trail Heads: Centre St or Amisk Dr

Access: Centre St, Goldfield Dr, Keenora Dr, Barneythomas Dr, Amisk Dr

10. Gimli Lakefront Trail

Description: Explore Gimli Harbour Park and enjoy views of the Viking Statue, boats in the harbour, and Bill's Hill. Continue your adventure along Gimli's seawall to the lighthouse, or along the breakwater to South Beach.

Length: 2 km

Type: Linear

Surface: Gravel, asphalt, boardwalk

Summer Use: walking, running, strolling, wheelchair, cycling

Winter Use: walking

Trail Heads: East end of Centre St, south end of 2nd Ave, east end of Colville Dr

Access: East end of Centre St, south end of 2nd Ave, Harbour Park parking lot, or east end of Colville Dr.

Connections: Connects to Gimli Beach Trail. This trail includes the seawall, the Mayor William Barlow Walkway, and the Breakwater; see detailed trail on AllTrails which includes Gimli Harbour boardwalk/seawall to Lighthouse 

(total out & back 1.9 km)

Description: If water is low, enjoy this sandy trail along Lake Winnipeg. If water is high proceed along forested path.

Description: Escape from it all and enjoy beautiful forested trails as well as views of Lake Winnipeg.

Length: 12.4 km 

Type: Loops

Surface: Grass/Dirt

Winter Use: Skiing, skate-skiing, snowshoeing (on designated trails)

Notes: Provincial Park users should have a Provincial Park Pass. Picnic areas and benches available throughout Camp Morton.

Please note that these maps specify winter-use. In summer all trails are multi-use for walking, running, and cycling.
